Wow, October was officially very very busy! Now I am way behind to post my listing of November events and classes. The following are open to the public, grab some friends and come and join me!!

• Nov 8th: Rolling Pin/Hand Rolled Pasta @Dish it up!
• Nov 10/11: Confit and Preserving Clinic @Vineyard Table
• Nov 12: Alchemy Dinner with Marissa, Book Signing of Primal Cuts!
• Nov 14: Alchemy Dinner: Cassoulet!  Come and join me for our annual tradition. 
• Nov 18: Butchery and Meat Curing with the Portland Meat Collective
